Dr. Kuei-Tung aka “Dr. K”

Veterinarian

"Dr Kuei-Tung AKA "DrK" hails from the twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in the southern Caribbean. She left her home at the tender age of 17 years old to pursue a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Chemistry. After graduating from the University of Florida (Go Gators), she then entered the Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine program at Tuskegee University. It was here she realized her true passion of internal medicine in small animals. After achieving the Outstanding Student Award sponsored by the American Animal Hospital Association and graduating from Tuskegee University, Dr K was chosen to participate in a very exclusive small animal medicine internship at Hollywood Animal Hospital in Southeast Florida.

Shortly after completing this intense program, Dr K headed west and settled in the beautiful beach town of Bonita Springs. She had resided in this tight knit community for several years before embarking on the exciting challenge of Veterinary Practice ownership. Constantly cheering her on and helping support her new adventure are her "kids"….a Red Eared Slider named Caraillie, her rescue kitties "Oreo","Sushi" and "Missie" and her boxer "FryRice”.

Dr K's passion is practicing quality medicine, providing the best care for her patients and educating for her clients.

Sandy

Receptionist

Hi, I'm Sandy! I've been married for forty-one years and I live in Estero. I have two, two-legged sons; one is married and has two little girls (my girls), and one is engaged. I also have one, four-legged son who weighs seventy pounds, and two, four-legged daughters, one is fifty pounds and the other is nine pounds. The four-legged kids are all rescues, and they sleep in our bed. I would love to have more rescue kids but my husband says there is no room in the bed. I am originally from Texas, having moved here fourteen years ago. I am a volunteer at Lee Co. Domestic Animal Services in Ft. Myers and have been for over six years. I am also a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant. I love animals.

Patricia

Technician

My name is Patricia I was born and raised in Hartford Connecticut. I currently reside in fort Myers with my fiancé, our son, and our 2 fur babies and I am going on 3 years of being a technician. This field has my entire heart and I couldn't see myself doing anything else. I believe that every day presents a new challenge, and helping animals regain their health or face the end of life with comfort, love ,and dignity is an extremely rewarding experience.
